How long do we keep your data?

The information collected is stored for the time of your account being active. Information we have to collect and store for the accounting purposes are stored for the time period required by law

• Some of our emails are hosted by Google Workspace or Microsoft, so if you send us an email, it will be stored on their servers.

• Sendgrid (for email dispatch)
• Atlassian (for support systems such as JIRA and Confluence)
• Netlify (for the front end of our portal)
• Slack (for our inquiries notifications)

Chat on this website

If you use the chat on this site, we store what you type and what the assistant replies, together with the page you were on. We do this so we can answer you properly and so a colleague can follow up. The conversation may be shared with our sales team and recorded in our customer relationship system. Replies are generated by OpenAI, which processes the text of the conversation on our behalf; we do not use it to train any model. Do not put customer data, personal data about other people, or anything confidential into the chat - it is a sales conversation, not a product environment. Write to hello+privacy@Decisimo.com if you would like a conversation deleted.
