Fraud blocklist

A fraud blocklist is a lender’s own list of identifiers recorded after confirmed fraud, with a reason for each entry. The lender checks identifiers from a new application against the list and uses a match as an input to its fraud decision.

Example

For illustration, suppose a lender has one email address on its list, with the reason it was added. A new application uses that email address, so the lender’s fraud rules can treat the match as a reason for further review or another decision under its policy.

On fraud decisioning, Decisimo matches each application field against the lender’s confirmed-fraud list and lets rules use how many fields matched on one record.
