Neural network

A system of connected nodes, modeled loosely on how the human brain works, that processes data to help machines learn patterns, adapt, and classify or predict outcomes.

Example

Neural networks are often used in image recognition tasks such as facial recognition. By processing pixel data and identifying features such as edges and shapes, a neural network can learn to recognize and distinguish different faces, even under different lighting conditions or when part of the face is obscured.
